The short version
Your first subscription starts with a 3-day free trial, so you can try Prevexium before you pay anything. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged. After that, subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel, and payments are non-refundable except as described below or where the law requires. If we charge you in error, or Prevexium is down for a sustained period through our own fault, we make it right.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to Prevexium Pro and Max subscriptions, which include Prevexia AI, Salvium, and Inspectus. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Facility & Enterprise plans are governed by the refund terms in your agreement with us.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and merchant of record. Paddle’s buyer terms also apply to your purchase, and any approved refund is issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
2. Your free trial
A new subscription begins with a 3-day free trial. A payment method is required to start it, but nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your trial converts to a paid subscription and your first charge is taken when the trial ends.
The free trial includes 30 AI interactions; your plan’s full monthly allowance begins when the trial ends. Each account can use the free trial once. If you have subscribed before, a new subscription starts without a trial and is charged when you subscribe, and we tell you so before you enter payment details.
3. Automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month, and the payment method on file is charged at the start of each billing period until you cancel. The price, billing period and date of your first charge are shown to you before you enter payment details.
4. Canceling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your Account page by choosing Manage subscription, or by emailing hello@prevexium.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until then. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your next billing date. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.
5. Refunds
Except as described in this policy or where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.
We will refund you when:
- We charged you in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge after you canceled in time.
- Prevexium was unavailable for a sustained period through our own fault. Tell us, and we will refund or credit the affected time.
- The law gives you a right to one (see section 6).
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, meaning any right you have under applicable consumer law. If you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund. Where the law where you live gives you a stronger right than this policy does, that law applies.
7. How to request a refund
Email hello@prevexium.com from the address on your account, and tell us which charge you mean. We aim to reply within five business days. You can also contact Paddle directly using the link in your receipt email. Once a refund is approved, how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If a change affects your subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect, and the version in effect when you were charged applies to that charge.
9. Contact us
Email hello@prevexium.com. A person reads it.
