So you take it home. Again.

We know that because one of us lived it. More than twenty years in nursing, the last several in infection prevention — building programs from nothing, running surveillance, working outbreaks, and carrying the regulatory weight of keeping people safe across more than one kind of care setting.

And we kept hitting the same wall you do. The tools did not match the work. Hours went into cross-referencing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, the state health department and the accrediting body just to finish one report. That time belonged to patients. Not paperwork.

The other one of us spent twenty years on the other side of that wall — analytics, technology, and healthcare operations. Scaling initiatives. Taking apart workflows that did not hold and rebuilding them so they did. Where one of us saw a bad night, the other saw a system doing exactly what it was built to do.
